  • Responsible for Industrial Relations that also covers employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, and hiring-terminations.
  • Responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the Government or Regulators, and monthly reports to the Management.
  • Maintain communication with Government or Regulators.
  • Handling employee certification registration and reports.
  • Review and give advice to the Management in terms of employment contracts, company policy, SoP, and keep up to date with the Government regulations and make sure the practices are aligned with the Government regulations.
  • Compliance audit for all HR matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Law or Human Resources is a plus.
  • Min. 7 years of experience in HR Compliance or Industrial Relations.
  • A team player with solid communication, listening, strong problem solving skills, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Good analytical, using logic, and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problem.

  • Implement regular facilities prevention inspection.
  • Independently inspects and monitors all repair and maintenance / construction work to be certain it is being done according to company specification and code standard.
  • Developing and issue inspection reccomendation based on defect of the equipment.
  • To conduct plant facilities inspection to ensure that only plant and equipment are on good working condition to be operate.
  • Perform facility inspection with various NDT method strictly according to Inspection Procedure.
  • Coordinate or lead to conduct pressure test on the plant equipment base on condition or requirement.
  • Discuss inspection results with Person in Charge, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
  • To establish plant and equipment register and ensure that maintenance program is strictly comply.
  • Ensure that all Plant Facility Equipment has relevant certification and inspections to work on the site.
  • Ensure that all relevant HSE inspections are completed for plant and equipment for use in the works.
  • Ensure that all plant and equipment operators have the necessary qualifications and certifications for operating the plant.
  • Ensure that all plant operators have the relevant qualifications and certifications.

Requirements

  • D3 or A bachelor’s degree in Material and Metallurgy or Mechanical engineering.
  • 3+ years of work experience as Plant Equipment Inspector at Petrochemical /chemical Industry or refinary.
  • Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
  • A strong understanding of Code, Standard, engineering principles and practices, including design, testing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and able to interpret technical data, identify potential issues, and make recommendations based on their findings.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and precise in their work to identify and address potential issues.
  • Good communication skills and able to clearly explain their findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Execute proper and safe operation of equipment used in loading and unloading process, inter tank transfer, feed and receive product from/to other plant using DCS. Interfacing with quality control on problem products and samples.
  • Loading and unloading Vessels and truck.
  • Preparation and inspect piping/valves,pump for proper line up and Preparation of chemicals and injection to the product.
  • Gauge’s petroleum products transferred to and from tanks, trucks, rail cars.
  • Opening and closing valve, Turn on and off the pump, compressor, blower.
  • Assists drivers, performs vessel, truck and rail rack operations duties as assigned.
  • Works diligently and follows all safety requirements to prevent product contamination, spills and avoid product loss.

  • Works diligently and follows all safety requirements to prevent product contamination, spills and avoid product loss.
  • Perform preventative and general maintenance on meters, valves, tanks, pumps, compresor.
  • Responsible for day to day Operation Tank activities (Raw material/Product movement, loading/unloading, Preventive maintenance).
  • Identifies equipment needs; reports findings to management; coordinates equipment repairs with maintenance team; plans equipment installation.
  • Handle process shutdown and start up, and equipment inspection during turn around maintenance.

  • Works flexibly in the field and panel rooms with Control Room Operators and Direct Supervisors for radio instruction and coordination in Field Operations such as making manual adjustment of valves and other equipment.
